Pizza very good, the gratinated fries are a dream

Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the quality of the last 2-3 orders. I've been ordering weekly for 1-2 years. Will start another attempt. Then unfortunately I have to look for another pizza alternative. Please find your way back to the usual quality Team Palermo. Greetings ✌️

Great as always

We were customers for years, everything was always good except 2-3 times Phenomenon 1: Tortellini Bolognese plastic in the tortellini (1 year nothing ordered) Phenomenon 2: Brought the wrong food, my mother called again and asked if she could give it back and get the right one. Then she was accused of speaking more clearly, etc. Phenomenon 3 (today !! Probably ordered the last time, at most try again in a month or 2 ..) Wrong food was called (as with phenomenon 2) and said that we sometimes got the wrong food (instead of tortellini bolognese each time ham cream sauce .. sounds completely different to me when I say it! And we can't eat it there we couldn't really stand cream.) and whether we would get it replaced. Then came the answer: Yes Lord ..... I repeated it specially and it was the wrong one. She said that it would be the number 30‘ (I never ordered with the numbers, so that's just a lie to talk your way out of it) and we'll do the next time with the salad, which was also missing. We have been customers for years and have surely already spent 1000 € or more with them and were simply fobbed off 3-4 times with "better watch out next time" Very disappointed and regret the money that went into this pizzaria. Just a shame.

We were very excited. The pasta was just great. The absolute highlight was the salmon. I haven't had such delicious food at a delivery service in a while. The lady on the phone was very personable. It was definitely not the last order.

Very tasty food at decent prices. Very large portions. Pick up or have it delivered. Fast delivery and still hot food. Always my pleasure

Ordered there for the first time today, and totally thrilled. Very friendly and competent even on the phone. The pizza is definitely the most delicious in frankenthal and the surrounding area

I have to say that the pizza tastes very good. We have been ordering Pizza Mista for years. Always happy to call, talk a little 30 minutes later, pizza will arrive. Always nice Messenger who bring you to the front door. I am happy to give a small tip because the service is good. Go on like this!! Today on July 31st, 2020, I'll once again praise the delicious Pizza Mista. Almost 30 minutes after the call, the pizza was delivered. Fresh from the oven, brought straight to us. Thumbs up

No matter which dish you order, it's always worth it

We have tried the Palermo delivery service a few times now. The friendliness of the Palermo team is noticeable when you order by phone. So far, we have always been told between 45-60 minutes as the delivery time. The food has always come earlier and is still really hot. The drivers are also very nice and call us on the cell phone instead of ringing the bell when the children are already in bed and sleeping. Whether meat, pizza, pasta or salad. Everything tastes super delicious! We only order there. The best delivery service in the area! The only downside: there is no dessert;)

The pizza from Pizzeria Palermo tastes good to Italy. Simply for more (sea). Hihihi. Even my strange composition of mine Ingredients on the pizza, will be commented and how made for granted. Now I'm going to Italy for my pizza in the Kanalstrasse / Frankenthal. I already wish you a good appetite.

The last time I was in Palermo in my youth. Yesterday I happened to be back in Frankenthal and remembered THE Pizzeria of the time. It was still available, but not with the owner, but I wanted to eat a "nostalgic" pizza with my daughter in Palermo. I'll do the rest, great pizza, better than then! I'll be back in Palermo and my daughter is also ♥
